Course Structure & Expert Speakers
Key topics covered in the course:
- Day 1: Local budgets as a tool for influence, strategic planning, public investment.
Speakers: Liliya Marachkanets (Together with Kernel Charitable Foundation), Anna Yurchenko (We Build Ukraine), Ellina Yurchenko (Zmist), Oleksandra Azarkhina, Sviatoslav Zavorotnyi, Oleksandr Koren (MinFin). - Day 2: Community transparency, open auctions (Prozorro.Sale), digital land resource management.
Speakers: Olesia Koval (Transparency International Ukraine), Yelyzaveta Kolomiiets (Zakupivli.Pro), Nazar Malyniak & Vasyl Shymanskyi (Vkursi Agro). - Day 3: Investment & partnerships, industrial parks, transport planning, crisis partnerships with business.
