Refund Policy
Together with Kernel Charitable Foundation

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunding donations made via the website https://razom.kernel.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) to the Together with Kernel Charitable Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”).
1. Voluntariness and Irrevocability of Donations
1.1. All funds transferred to the Foundation via the Website or other channels as charitable donations are voluntary, unconditional, and non-refundable in accordance with Article 729 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations.”
1.2. Charitable donations are non-refundable, except in cases provided by law or specified in this Policy.
2. Cases Where a Refund is Permitted
2.1. A refund is only possible in the following circumstances:
- Technical error during payment (e.g., duplicate transaction), confirmed through an official request from the banking institution through which the payment was made.
- Erroneous transfer (e.g., incorrect amount or recipient), confirmed through an official request from the banking institution through which the payment was made.
- Fraudulent activity by third parties resulting in unauthorized transactions, confirmed by the payment provider and supported by official documentation.
3. Refund Request Procedureя
3.1. To submit a refund request, the donor must send a written request to the following email:

The request must include:
- Full name or organization name
- Date and amount of the payment
- Payment method and transaction details
- Reason for the refund
- Supporting documents (receipt, transaction screenshot, etc.)
3.2. Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt.
4. Refund Method
4.1. If a refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the same account from which the original payment was made.
5. Fees and Charges
5.1. The Foundation does not reimburse any bank or transaction fees already charged by the payment service provider.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. The Foundation reserves the right to deny a refund if there are no legal or factual grounds for doing so.
6.2. By submitting a refund request, the user agrees to the terms of this Policy.
